Solar da Costa - Alojamento Local is a short stay rental second-floor air-conditioned and central heating apartment in a building with no lift, with stunning panoramic views of Lisbon, the River Tagus, and the 25 de Abril bridge. The flat is in the Santa Maria Maior district, very close to the magnificent São Jorge Castle, close to Alfama, center town and only 200 meters from public parking EMEL - Chão do Loureiro with his supermarket.
Entirely restored to a high standard, the apartment which accommodates up to 6 guests comprises of 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one en suite to the master bedroom. The spacious and light-filled living room is composed of a comfortable sofa and armchairs, with access to a balcony providing magical views of the city and the river. The open living room is also furnished with a large dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer dryer machine, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, and all the necessary crockery and accessories offering you the option to cook for yourself.
The 3 double bedrooms have windows facing onto a quiet residential street (as it’s restricted to neighbours) and access to a terrace. Extremely bright, with double-glazed windows throughout the apartment also ensures that all noise is blocked out. Each room is fitted with cupboards providing ample storage space as well as USB plugs. Both bathrooms are fitted with a shower, WC and wash basin with a large mirror and a cabinet to store bathroom items.
